In this 'verse one of her brothers is in real estate or stocks or idk money things and convinced her the first thing she needed to do with her panic money was buy a house) and idk Jon and Ryan ALWAYS flirt but when they're this drunk and shit they're not so good at keeping up that wall of "we're flirting but NOT with intent".

So, like, they flirt all night, and then when Max brings Tom & Sean home and they get Andy Soukal situated on the couch with a trash can for puking in and a sweet new Sharpie mustache Ryan just. Doesn't go to his room, he goes to Jon's.
