I know I have a bad habit of posting these and not doing them, but I am immensely frustrated with my inability to do more than write three paragraphs before getting bored and wandering off, so smaller goals = good I guess?

"This is hands-down the happiest day of my life," Jon says, right before the stupidly adorable kitten he's clutching starts wriggling and scratching and biting until Jon swears and has to set him down. The kitten darts across the room and claws his way up Carden's jeans and t-shirt - with surprisingly little profanity as a result - to nestle on Carden's shoulder.

Kitten Ryan is a total dick. "I hate all of you," Jon says, and leaves Ian to coo at the kitten and/or Carden's scowl.

shark would want to know why ryan got to be a kitten sometimes and why SHE couldn't be a kitten. she'd also probably be a dick right back because babies have no sense of sharp dangerous angry kittens.
