BB Ian has a ton of potential to be an A+++ doctor but he's settled for being a nurse because doctors need a lot of school, bro. Doctors Smith, Urie, and Weekes are always requesting him for shit (idk if doctors actually do that but whatever this is my half-assed hypothetical au) partly because he's great and partly because the other Cabling nurses are varying levels of obnoxious, faily, and weirdly earnest.

Ian has a big ridiculous crush on Dr. Smith, he is so handsome and competent and dorky and funny and handsome and competent and handsome *____* Sadly, Dr. Smith and Dr. Urie are adorable devoted boyfrands and their relationship is really adorable and full of handholding and hearteyes and Ian can't even bring himself to fantasize about them breaking up so Ian can have his shot (fantasizing about threesomes is, of course, always a go).

And then Ian catches Dr. Urie and Dr. Weekes making out in a storage closet on a slow night and he is CONFLICTED.
